Important: When nuxBot is started on a device, the license is bound to that device for a period of time.

nuxBot currently supports 70+ exchanges. You can see which exchanges are supported here. Make sure the exchange accepts spot trading. Futures trading (BETA) is currently only supported on Kucoin Futures. You can find more about futures in the last FAQ item.

No! nuxBot licenses are lifetime. Once you have bought nuxBot you can use it forever. The updates to nuxBot are also free, so you don’t have to renew your license. 🙂

You can run nuxBot on your own PC/laptop or on a server. But make sure that the PC/laptop/server is running 24/7.

If you want to run nuxBot on a server, you can use any server hoster.

If you don’t know a hoster, we recommend an OVH VPS. But make sure that the server meets the system requirements and that the server itself is strong enough to run with nuxBot in the background. When it comes to OS we recommend Linux Debian 11 as Linux Debian 11 has no extra charge, however if you are not familiar with it we recommend Windows Server version 2019 or higher. Version 2016 could also work, but we haven’t tested that yet.

If you want to run nuxBot on Linux: Make sure GLIBC_2.29 (libm.so.6) (higher may also work, not tested) is installed. Linux Debian 11 already has all dependencies installed.

There are many providers where you can buy crypto, I myself use MEXC to buy BTC and other supported coins because the fees there are quite low. You can of course also buy BTC and other supported coins from your current exchange. However, make sure that the exchange pays out directly so that there are no problems with the license payment. You can avoid these problems by first transferring the coin to one of your own wallets and then buying a license via the wallet.

nuxBot is a fully automated crypto trading bot, it buys and sells automatically, 24/7 as long as the PC/laptop/server is running nuxBot. nuxBot will not run away and spend time with friends. 🙂

There is no quick profit anywhere in the world. If someone promises you this, you should run away from that person quickly because in most cases this is just a rip-off. nuxBot is a bot designed to help you optimize and automate your trades. You should be willing to learn something about trading. In order to make your strategy as profitable as possible, we added features like simulated trading to first test if the strategy works. If you need extra features such as indicators then contact support, and we will try to add the feature as soon as possible. If you need help with nuxBot features, feel free to message our support. 🙂

It is currently possible to use the Futures (BETA) feature on Kucoin Futures to open long positions with leverage. More exchanges will be added later. Please note that this feature is still entirely in beta, so bugs may appear. If you try this feature, please start with simulated trading or with small amounts. Feedback is appreciated.
