Confirming Indicators

nuxBot has various confirming indicators that can be used to improve your strategy. For example, you can only allow buys when RSI is below 30 or allow sells only when RSI is above 70.

Currently, the available confirming indicators are:

  • RSI
  • ADX
  • Stoch
  • IRIS Trend
  • ATR Trailing

How to Enable Confirming Indicators

  1. Go to Trading Settings: In the web interface, select your desired trading pair and click on the Indicators & ATR Trailing tab.
  2. Select Timeframe: Choose the timeframe with which the indicators will be calculated.
  3. Activate Indicator: Enable the desired indicator under your desired indicator section (e.g., Buy RSI enabled or Sell RSI enabled).
  4. Set Indicator Levels:
    • Buy Level: Enter the level to enable buy at (e.g., RSI buy level).
    • Sell Level: Enter the level to enable sell at (e.g., RSI sell level).
  5. Set Indicator Length: Enter the length (number of candles used) for the calculation of the indicator (e.g., RSI buy length or RSI sell length).

Note

Some indicators may have additional settings or different configurations than those shown in this example.

Example with RSI as Buy and Sell Indicator

  • Buy RSI enabled: Enable or disable RSI for buying.
  • Sell RSI enabled: Enable or disable RSI for selling.
  • RSI buy level: The RSI level to enable buy at.
  • RSI sell level: The RSI level to enable sell at.
  • RSI buy length: The length (candles used) for the RSI buy calculation.
  • RSI sell length: The length (candles used) for the RSI sell calculation.

Confirming Indicators Settings
